UI/UX Designer in POLAND

Role Overview:

As a UI/UX Designer at Nubinno Connect, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our products. You will work closely with our development, product, and marketing teams to create intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly design. This position requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate complex requirements into simple, elegant solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop intuitive and interactive design that provides seamless user experiences. Ensure consistency in interactions across different platforms.
• Conduct usability testing to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of design. Gather and analyse feedback to iterate and improve design solutions.
• Work closely with external stakeholders to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions. Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
• Create comprehensive design documentation, including design specifications, guidelines and assets to support development and implementation.
• Present and defend design concepts and decisions to external stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs as needed.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience working as a UI/UX Designer.
• Experience using graphic design tools such as Figma.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Polish (min. C1).
• Good verbal and presentation skills.
• Data-driven and strong analytical thinking mindset.
• Problem solving skills and collaborative approach.
• Experience working in a SCRUM/Agile methodology as a plus.
