Influence Marketing Manager with relocation to Cyprus in UKRAINE

We’re Medier Agency, and we’re on the hunt for a rockstar to join our influencer traffic squad. We roll with big-name brands in the iGaming world across top-tier markets. You’ll be vibing with bloggers, and streamers, cooking up creative campaigns, and launching some next-level projects.

This role is on-site in Limassol. We provide relocation packages and full work permit support.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and launch influencer marketing campaigns in Tier-1 markets to increase brand awareness and promote company products.
• Identifying, selecting, and negotiating contracts with influencers, and maintaining and developing long-term partnerships.
• Collaborating with agencies: seeking new partners and maintaining relationships with existing ones.
• Analyze the results of advertising campaigns and prepare detailed reports on effectiveness.
• Monitoring trends in the influencer marketing space, implementing and testing new formats of interaction with influencers.

Skills & Experience required:

• At least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing, preferably in international markets.
• Excellent understanding of the nuances of various platforms (Twitch, KICK, YouTube, Instagram, and others) and current trends.
• Strong communication skills, creative thinking, and the ability to generate unconventional ideas.
• Knowledge of the marketing funnel and experience with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Qlik Sense, Ahrefs, or similar).
• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher; Fluent Russian\Ukrainian.
• Understanding the iGaming market is a significant plus.
