We are currently searching for a
Voice Engineer with Genesys:
Responsibilities
- Design and implement voice network integration strategies using Genesys Cloud and Cisco technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess voice communication needs during mergers and acquisitions.
- Manage voice network migration and troubleshoot issues related to call quality and connectivity.
- Coordinate with external vendors and provide technical support during integration phases.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Certifications like CCNA Voice, CCNP Voice, or CCIE Voice are a plus.
- Proven experience with Genesys Cloud, Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Unity Connection, and Contact Center Express.
- Expertise in voice gateways, SIP trunking, and voice codecs.
Desired
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with network security principles.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
