We are looking for a skilled Junior UI/UX Designer with 1+ years of experience to join our team. You’ll create designs for top tech companies from Europe and the USA.

Requirements
At least 1 year of proven experience working as UI/UX Designer (not only freelance)
Experience with products (not only websites)
Experience with Figma (components, auto-layout, libraries)
Online portfolio showcasing design and problem-solving skills (both in web and mobile)
Understanding of UX/UI fundamentals and best practices (research, prototyping, accessibility) as well as visual design (typography, color, and layout)
Sense of visual style, composition, color, and typography
Excited to improve design skills and willingness to learn new tools
Ability to present and substantiate your work
Strong communication skills and friendly attitude to any assigned task
Carry out researches; Designing flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and rapid prototypes for internal/external large and small scale projects including websites, apps, content, and more
Deliver design assets to clients, and other team members
Working closely with Engineering to ensure a high-quality implementation and user experience
Participation in team meetings and brainstorms
Interview Stages
1-st stage — Call with Recruiter
2-nd stage — Test task
3-rd stage — Interview with Lead Designer and Recruiter
