Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer with a passion for gaming, esports, or the music industry to lead and execute our visual design projects. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, UI/UX expertise, a deep understanding of gaming/esports and music culture, and experience designing for both digital and social platforms. You will be responsible for shaping the visual identity of our brand and our clients while delivering high-quality designs for campaigns, social media, websites, merchandise, and event activations. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the ability to work from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative concepts, designs, and visual assets for gaming, esports, and music campaigns, events, and branding projects.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, social media, and content teams to deliver consistent and engaging visuals.
- Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Create visually compelling graphics, including social media content, banners, logos, websites, merchandise, and promotional materials.
- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for websites and digital platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience (UI/UX).
- Stay updated on industry trends, ensuring designs are innovative and resonate with gaming, esports, and music communities.
- Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction where necessary.
- Ensure all assets are optimized for both web and print, maintaining high standards of quality.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within gaming, esports, or music industries.
- UI/UX design expertise, with a strong understanding of creating user-friendly digital experiences.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative work, particularly within the digital space.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
- Experience designing for social media platforms, websites, and event activations.
- Knowledge and passion for gaming, esports, and music culture, with an understanding of design trends within these industries.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling software.
- Experience in music branding and promotional designs.
