Your future contribution:
As a Senior Product Manager at Smoobu, you will be responsible for the delivery of new and improved core features. You will work closely with the engineering team, while driving a smooth and stable product development process.
You will lead, motivate, and support your team members, ensuring that they have the resources they need to craft, execute, and drive Smoobu's product. In addition, you will collaborate with the Head of Product & Engineering to align the product roadmaps across Smoobu.
How you'll add value:
- Drive and develop Smoobu's product vision, strategies, and roadmaps by:
- Identifying new opportunities
- Aligning and keeping stakeholders informed on initiatives and new features to secure buy-in, feedback, and support
- Implementing the product strategy closely with the Engineering, Customer Service, & Marketing teams
- Supporting the product discovery and development activities in partnership with Engineering and UX
- Define, measure, and improve key metrics that inform the success of our products and tools
- Contribute to the overall growth and development of Smoobu's product
- Create, improve & take ownership of user facing features
- Participate in building an outstanding team environment which fosters innovation, collaboration, and continuously improves its ways of working
You'll be successful in this role if you:
- Have at least 5 years of professional experience in product management and ideally an extensive understanding of SaaS
- Have proven quantitative analysis skills and a track record of making data-informed decisions
- Have a passion for developing user-friendly products
- Have experience dealing with 3rd party APIs and other connection types
- Have experience in A/B Testing and User Research
- Are experienced in creating user facing features that are loved & improving existing ones by working closely together with UX Researchers & UI/UX Designers
- Possess experience in Design thinking
- Possess effective communication skills, are proactive, and enjoy working with different stakeholders in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Are fluent in English. German proficiency is a plus
