Product Manager (Capital Markets FinTech)

Kureos are working with an award winning FinTech that have mastered a small but significant niche within the wider baking ecosystem. They’ve over 500 clients and are an incredibly successful team. They’re looking for a Product Manager (Mid-Snr) to lead the product workstream strategy, aligning it with our company’s vision and goals. You'll partner across engineering and management teams to deliver features that delight customers, balance short-term wins with long-term initiatives, and engage with key clients to improve their processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own product strategy and roadmap
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Balance incremental improvements with game-changing initiatives
• Engage clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Drive organizational-wide impact

Requirements:

• 5+ years in SaaS Product Management
• Candidates should have a confident grasp of the Capital Markets Trade Lifecycle and of OpsIT.
• Client facing experience and confidence – managing delivery and gathering new requirements and working in close cohesion with Sales.
• Cross-functional expertise – you’ve worked in a non-silo environment with groups such as but not limited to: UX/UI, Sales & Engineering
• Confidence in SCRUM/Agile methodologies – but adaptable.
• Ability to run product workshops, create specs, and influence teams – strong story telling!
• Confident problem solver
