Job Responsibilities

  • Creating presentation deck reviews for clients using Excel and Canva.
  • Creating booklet-style business reviews for clients using Excel and Canva.
  • Document Management.
  • Obtain and manage photo releases.
  • Coordinate with content writers to ensure they submit articles on time.
  • Liaise with third-party content editors to ensure content is delivered, reviewed, and posted per the digital marketing calendar.
  • Manage company memberships and ensure member benefits are maximized.
  • Organize inbound leads from company website, tradeshows, etc.
  • Manage the internal communications calendar.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or in the process of Marketing.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Skilled using Canvas.
  • Excellent English communication, reading, and writing skills.
