What will be your challenge? (Key accountabilities)

Your expertise will be key in producing engaging content for our Acquisition channels and Paid Social Ads, as well as supporting influencer and promotional marketing efforts.

In this role, you will help craft video content that connects with our audience, mainly across social media platforms. If you’re passionate about digital trends, social media culture, and video content creation, we’d love to hear from you!

• Be a core member of our video team, working closely with the Video Lead and growth team to create content for paid social ads, influencer campaigns, and organic social media.
• Lead the editing, post-production, and color correction processes.
• Optimize video content for various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
• Edit both short and long-form videos, ensuring that content is engaging, on-brand, and suited for different audiences and platforms.
• Assist with organizing, backing up, and cataloging footage for future use.
• Collaborate on conceptualising new ideas and integrating innovative editing styles, incorporating current trends and platform-specific aesthetics.

What will make you succeed? (Skills, know-how and experience)

• 1-3 years of professional experience in video production, particularly creating paid social ads, influencer marketing content, or social media reels.
• Expertise in video editing, motion graphics, and post-production.
• A solid grasp of video design concepts (e.g., typography, composition, color grading, etc.).
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on a daily basis.
• Fluency in English or Spanish (French is a plus but not required).

• Stay up-to-date on social media trends (e.g., TikTok, Instagram) and enjoy experimenting with new editing techniques and content styles.
• Have experience working with influencer content and collaborating with creators.
• Are able to conceptualize ideas from start to finish, bringing fresh, innovative approaches to video editing and storytelling.
• Are passionate about social networks, digital content, and what's trending.
