Unity Generalist / Technical Artist

Location: Fully Remote (EU)

Must be eligible to work in the EU

Duration: 6 Months


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, product managers) to create interactive 3D experiences.
  • Build, optimize, and troubleshoot interactive scenes and assets using Unity.
  • Develop tools, shaders, and scripts to enhance the visual quality and performance of real-time applications.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards.
  • Integrate 3D models, animations, and visual effects into real-time environments.
  • Optimize content for performance and ensure compatibility across different platforms (desktop, mobile, AR/VR).
  • Develop and refine workflows to streamline asset integration and visual consistency.
  • Provide technical guidance on best practices for Unity and real-time rendering technologies.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience working as a Unity Generalist, Technical Artist, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Unity, including experience with C# scripting.
  • Solid understanding of 3D modeling, animation, texturing, and optimization pipelines.
  • Experience with shaders (Shader Graph, HLSL) and visual scripting.
