Senior Project Manager in EUROPEAN UNION

Next Ventures are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex development and testing projects for a long-term, fully Contract/freelance remote role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage several projects (of varying size) simultaneously.
• Oversee development and testing teams across multiple projects.
• Collaborate directly with clients, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
• Apply project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Leverage your experience in Middleware-related projects (a plus!) to drive successful outcomes.
• Utilize project management tools and methods to track progress, manage resources, and report to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience, with at least 5 years managing complex projects.
• Proven customer-facing experience with exceptional soft skills.
• Strong technical insight and the ability to effectively collaborate with development and testing teams.
• Fluent with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project, etc.).
• Strong expertise in scope, time, and financial management.
• Experience in Middleware-related projects is a plus!
