About Our Client
Are you an experienced AI Web Application Developer ready to take on a new challenge in the rapidly evolving world of AI? Our client, a leader in the AI/machine learning consultancy industry, helps organisations pivot towards becoming AI-first companies. They specialise in building advanced systems, data flows, and AI adoption processes.
We are looking for a skilled developer to join their team on a full-time remote basis. You’ll play a crucial role in building and scaling web applications powered by AI and hosted on Microsoft Azure.
This will begin as a full-time contract position, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role after three months if desired. The role is fully remote but requires availability to work CET or CDT hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AI-powered web applications using Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- Collaborate with data scientists to integrate AI models into web applications, utilising Azure Machine Learning services and Azure Cognitive Services.
- Design APIs and ensure seamless integration between the front-end, back-end, and AI components.
- Monitor and optimise performance, security, and scalability of AI applications.
- Manage Azure infrastructure and services, including databases, virtual machines, and containerised environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to AI model deployment and cloud services.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure services (App Services, Functions, Virtual Machines, Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and deploying AI models in production environments.
- Strong front-end (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and back-end development skills (Node.js, Python, .NET Core).
- Experience with API development (RESTful, GraphQL) and cloud security best practices (OAuth2.0, JWT).
- Data management skills (Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Azure Data Lake).
- Proficient in Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in web development and cloud technologies.
- Microsoft Azure certifications (Azure Developer Associate or Azure AI Engineer).
- Familiarity with containerised AI model management and DevOps practices.
