Essential:
At least 2yrs experience as a Product Owner in the fintech or banking industry
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
Proven ability to collect and analyse customer requirements and translate them into actionable plans
Product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
Strong problem-solving skills
