We are a dynamic team supporting clients with innovative marketing solutions. As our client’s needs evolve, we are looking for a skilled Marketo Expert to join our small development team. You’ll play a key role in shaping their email marketing strategy and help drive growth by optimizing their use of Marketo.

Job Overview:

We’re looking for a Marketo expert to provide hands-on support and consulting for one of our clients. Your primary task will be to create email templates in Marketo, but there is potential for your role to expand into broader consulting and strategic advisory work, helping the client optimize their use of the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and implement email templates using Marketo.
• Work closely with the client’s internal team to ensure a seamless integration of templates into their marketing campaigns.
• Provide ongoing consulting on Marketo, advising on best practices for campaign management, lead nurturing, segmentation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize marketing automation processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve the client’s overall Marketo stream and make strategic recommendations for future enhancements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with Marketo, particularly in creating email templates and managing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of marketing automation processes and the ability to consult on broader Marketo-related tasks.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be European-based and able to work German working hours.
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
