Currently, our client is searching for a Client Account Coordinator to support the service delivery team by facilitating change orders, renewals, and upsell opportunities among existing clients. The Coordinator will be responsible for generating proposals, maintaining accurate sales records, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail to drive client satisfaction and business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage accounts of existing clients
Facilitate QBRs
Proposal generation
Coordination between SMEs and PMs
Maintain accurate client records in CRM
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in account management, sales support, or similar role
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce and Hubspot preferred)
Proficiency in Google Workspace
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data
