The Ideal Candidate
- 2-4 years of experience in SEO, with a strong emphasis on technical SEO and migrations
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other industry-standard tools
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies that impact SEO. Experience with website migrations, site speed optimization, and structured data is important
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Upper-intermediate English level
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Accountability, collaboration, and time-management skills

The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies for our clients, focusing primarily on technical SEO aspects. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding website transitions, especially in multi-language and multi-country environments. Key Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Execution: Conduct thorough website audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues, ensuring optimal site performance, crawlability, and indexability
- Migrations: executing SEO migrations for our clients, ensuring a seamless transition with minimal impact on search engine performance
- International SEO Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to manage multilingual and multiregional SEO, ensuring proper localization of content and adherence to best practices for international search engines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, content creators) to design and implement SEO strategies that drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for big brands
- On-Page Optimization: Implement on-page SEO techniques, including keyword research, metadata optimization, and content recommendations.
- Performance Monitoring: Use SEO tools and analytics platforms to monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and translate them into effective SEO strategies that align with their digital marketing objectives
