**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Inside Energy Sales Representative to join our remote sales team. In this role, you will leverage your extensive sales experience and industry knowledge to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the expansion of our market presence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Lead Generation and Sales:** Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
  • **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Understand their needs and challenges to provide tailored energy solutions and exceptional service.
  • **Consultative Selling:** Conduct thorough needs assessments and offer solutions that align with clients' goals and objectives. Provide expert guidance on energy products, services, and industry trends.
  • **Sales Strategy and Execution:** Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts. Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and analyze performance.
  • **Collaboration:** Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience and effective solution delivery.
  • **Reporting and Analysis:** Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.


**Qualifications:**

  • **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of proven inside sales experience in the energy sector or a related industry. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • **Knowledge:** In-depth understanding of energy products, services, and market dynamics. Familiarity with energy regulations and industry trends is a plus.
  • **Skills:** Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • **Technical Proficiency:** Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools. Experience with remote sales technologies and platforms.
  • **Self-Motivation:** Highly driven and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
  • **Education:** Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
