The PAVOI team is growing — we're looking for a Social Media Specialist. As a quick-moving, digital-first brand, social media is a major opportunity for the PAVOI brand.
The PAVOI Social Media Specialist is a critical member of the brand team, reporting directly to the Brand Marketing Director.
The ideal candidate lives and breathes social media, is passionate about marketing growth strategies, loves building and maintaining online communities, and has a keen eye for curating elevated brand content.
What You'll Do
Manage social media content and community across social channels, with a priority focus on Instagram and TikTok
Maintain PAVOI brand image and expression on digital channels
Contribute to social media content creation, including writing social media copy, briefing in content creators, collaborating with graphic designers to create new assets, and curating UGC
Assist on photoshoots, capturing behind the scenes content and supporting Sr. Content & Production Manager
Schedule and optimize content posting times
Build community with PAVOI audiences, initiating engagement building initiatives
Conduct social listening and community engagement to keep tabs on customer sentiment and trending conversations
Experiment on upcoming social platforms and trends, keeping PAVOI innovative and on top of the latest social developments
Report on key social KPIs and own social media growth, traffic and engagement stats
Act as PAVOI’s eyes on social, regularly getting inspired and staying competitive in the fashion landscape on social media
Collaborate with Community team to build meaningful influencer relationships on social platforms
What You'll Bring
2+ years of experience in social media content and community management for brands, preferably in fashion space
Degree in marketing or relevant field is an asset
Advanced understanding of the impact of social media and experience measuring its performance
Experience using Adobe Suite, Canva, and other graphic design tools
Eye for viral content, engaged with latest trends on social platforms
Strong copywriting skills and love for the written word
Loves the world of fashion, styling, and jewelry, and can intimately understand the wants and needs of the PAVOI customer
High level of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit
