What are we looking for?
Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree in any related field
Previous experience (2+ years as a guide) in an HR practitioner position or Business Administration.
Knowledgeable in Australian Labor Law
High level attention to detail.
Any prior experience working within an IT organization would be an advantage but not mandatory.
Competent with IT applications such as MS Word, MS Excel etc.
Understanding of HR processes including Employee Relation
Nice To Have
Remote Employee Relations (HR Experience)
IT MSP Industry Experience
AU Human Resources Experience
What will you do?
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on PX policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
Using PX framework drive and manage various PX projects including, training and
development, Leadership Development programs
Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
Support performance management processes, including coordinating performance reviews and assisting in the development of performance improvement plans.
Coordinate and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Maintain PX records and employee files, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with privacy and confidentiality requirements.
Process onboarding, exits and employee change via HRIS systems and relevant stakeholders
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Support workplace health and safety initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and Practices.
