UI/UX Designer Figma Experience in POLAND

If you have 2+ years of experience and are proficient in Figma & Photoshop, we’d love to hear from you! This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility to work from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and prototype engaging user interfaces using Figma & Phtooshop, ensuring they are aligned with user needs and business goals.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate ideas into innovative design solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify areas for improvement.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Ensure designs are consistent with clients visual identity and maintain a high level of usability.
• Stay updated with UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve design processes.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Figma for designing and prototyping.
• Strong understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and responsive design.
• Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality designs.
