What We're Looking For

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to support our real estate client in key creative and communication areas, such as Social Media and Email Marketing. The ideal candidate will have a blend of creative and technical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for digital marketing, seizing the opportunity to multi-task and learn on the job from different responsibilities.

This role is to work full-time as a contractor with our client, located in the USA. This is a remote position. Note that you are applying to work with the United States. Therefore, all communications, including the CV, should be in English.

Responsibilities

• Graphic Design: Create email marketing materials, flyers (e.g., JUST SOLD), and social media designs
• Social Media Management: Plan and manage content calendars, post, execute campaigns, copywrite, and potentially edit videos
• Website Management: Oversee website updates and implement SEO strategies
• CRM: Identify and manage the best CRM system, grow and maintain the contact database
• Administrative Tasks: Monitor emails, schedule meetings, handle data entry, and perform general administrative duties
  
  
  

Requirements

• Experience with digital marketing, a related industry (real estate) is a appreciated but not a must
• Proficiency with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for creating marketing assets
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including content planning, posting, and performance analysis
• Experience with SEO best practices and website content management (e.g., WordPress)
• Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce for managing and growing contact databases
• Basic video editing skills and strong copywriting abilities
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills, with a capacity to work independently or within a team
