UI/UX Designer in CYPRUS

We are passionate about innovation, quality, and creating engaging, user-friendly platforms. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team.

We are seeking a talented and motivated UI/UX Designer with experience in creating user-centered designs and improving web platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing the user interface and experience of our digital products, ensuring they are intuitive, visually appealing, and aligned with our brand. You will work closely with our development and marketing teams to create designs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. This role offers flexibility with hybrid work for possibility of working a few days in office and a few days from home.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the UI team to design, refine, and improve user interface elements across web and mobile platforms.
• Assist in creating and updating marketing materials, ensuring consistency with our brand's visual identity.
• Continuously improve the quality of our website by identifying and implementing UI improvements.
• Work closely with the marketing team to design engaging digital content, including banners, landing pages, and promotional materials.
• Participate in brand development initiatives, ensuring that all visual designs align with the overall brand strategy.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve user interaction and experience.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design work for web and mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present design concepts clearly.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to have:

• Experience with HTML/CSS or front-end development principles.
• Familiarity with brand development and visual identity design.
• Previous experience working in a remote team environment.
