We are assisting one of our clients in finding the perfect candidate for the role of Post-Production Specialist. As a Post-Production Specialist, you will be responsible for editing a variety of video content, from promotional clips to in-depth productions. This role involves colour grading, sound design & mixing, motion graphics, and ensuring that the final product aligns with the client's vision and goals. You will also be responsible for handling feedback, making modifications, and meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Colour Grading: Ensure consistent, high-quality visuals across all video projects.
- Sound Design & Mixing: Enhance audio quality and ensure synchronization with visual elements.
- Motion Graphics: Design and implement high-quality graphics to elevate video content.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
- Handling Feedback: Accept and apply constructive feedback to improve and refine videos.
- Meet Deadlines: Ensure all projects are completed on time while maintaining quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, or a related field (Desirable)
- Proven experience with colour grading, sound design & mixing, and motion graphics.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or equivalent.
- Strong ability to handle client feedback and implement modifications.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in video editing or motion graphics.
- Experience in the advertising industry.
- Familiarity with AI-driven editing tools and new video production technologies.
