Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid IAM Engineer role at Swan iT Recruitment located in Bellville, with flexibility for remote work. The IAM Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as identity and access management, system security, and user provisioning. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain IAM solutions, ensuring data security, and managing access controls.

Qualifications

• Identity and Access Management, System Security, and User Provisioning skills
• Experience with implementing IAM solutions and managing access controls
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and regulatory compliance
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Highly Advantageous- AWS certified or Azure Certified Architect
