Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a creative, talented UI/UX Designer to join our team on a freelance basis. Your responsibilities will focus on web design, both for desktop and mobile. We need someone with broad experience and capabilities, with a minimum of 2+ years in UI/UX.
Our clients come from all industries with a wide range of needs, and we take on any challenge. Being part of Burst Digital means asking, "How can I do this?" instead of saying, "I can’t do it."
To be successful in this position, you’ll be a highly motivated self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas. Attention to detail is crucial—you can’t settle for anything less than perfection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end UX/UI work for new and existing projects, from receiving a brief to delivering a beautifully designed website that fits the client's needs.
- Conduct thorough research on the company, including their style, messaging, user persona, and demographics, and incorporate these insights into your UX and UI designs.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality and timely delivery of complex work.
- Create multiple mock-ups in different and unique styles before settling on a final design.
- Adjust designs based on client feedback and adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.
- Maintain a portfolio of design projects.

What We Need From You:
- 2+ years of experience as a web UI/UX Designer.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Expertise in both website and mobile-first UI/UX design.
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g., Octopus.do, Wireframe.cc, and InVision).
- Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Proficiency in Photoshop or similar tools.
- Ability to take a brief and turn it into a full design with forward-thinking creativity.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, creative, and defect-free work for clients.
