We are currently searching for a
Voice Engineer with Genesys Cloud:
Responsibilities:
- Expertise in Genesys Cloud.
- Manage and configure Cisco Unified Communications Manager (Call Manager).
- Administer Cisco Unity Connection.
- Oversee Cisco Contact Center Enterprise.
- Configure and maintain voice gateways.
- Implement and manage SIP trunking.
- Work with voice codecs.
- Troubleshoot and solve voice-related issues.
- Apply network security principles and best practices.
Requirements:
- 6 - 8 years of experience.
- Proficiency in Genesys Cloud.
- Experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, and Cisco Contact Center Enterprise.
- Knowledge of voice gateways, SIP trunking, and voice codecs.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of network security principles.
Desired:
- Cisco Certifications: CCNA Voice, CCNP Voice, CCIE Voice.
- Experience with corporate restructuring activities.
- Ability to create and interpret network diagrams and documentation.
- Knowledge of industry trends and advancements in voice technologies.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
