The Role:

We're delighted to have partnered with a well-funded, forward-thinking and progressive organisation disrupting the field within Crypto/Blockchain.

The organisation are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Rust Engineer to join their blockchain development team, focusing on implementing and optimizing restaking solutions on the Solana platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Rust programming and a solid understanding of the Solana ecosystem.

As part of the role, you will be responsible for smart contract development, dApp development, performance optimization, security best practices and in general staying up-to-date with the latest developments in Solana and the blockchain ecosystem.

The ideal candidate should have all of the following:

• Professional experience working within the Crypto/Blockchain sector.
• Excellent Rust programming, including memory management, concurrency & asynchronous development.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and smart contract development on Solana.
• Familiarity with Solana’s architecture, SDKs & tools such as Anchor.
• Experience with web3 & integrating blockchain applications with front-end interfaces.
• Proficiency with version control systems, Git.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities.
