Primary: Lindau, Germany
Additional Locations: Munich and Berlin, Germany (occasional travel may be required)

German Work Permit:
A valid German work permit is required for this position.
Salary:
70,000 - 90,000 per year (gross)
Bonus: Up to 5% performance-based bonus
Relocation Support:
Assistance with relocation, including help finding accommodation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Projects: Oversee and manage projects from planning to execution, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Client Interaction: Serve as the main point of contact for international clients, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining strong relationships.
Project Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans for IT projects, including system selection, implementation, and migrations.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks early on and implement strategies to mitigate them.
Workshop Facilitation: Organize and lead workshops to align internal and external stakeholders on project goals and requirements.
Team Coordination: Coordinate efforts across different departments and ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders.
Reporting: Prepare clear and concise project updates and presentations for management.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in project management, preferably within a complex IT environment.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of agile project management methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, DevOps).
Proven ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and drive projects to successful completion.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Effective communication skills in both German (C2 level) and English (C1 level).
Willingness to travel as needed to Munich and Berlin.

Lindau is the main office with the largest team, making it the preferred location for this role.
Munich hosts a smaller team, including developers and project managers.
