What you'll do

  • Develop and implement the lead management strategy across the Knauf Group, optimizing processes while maximizing HubSpot’s marketing automation features.
  • Strategize, oversee, and refine lead generation, nurturing, and conversion processes to consistently enhance lead quality and quantity.
  • Supervise a dedicated team focused on Marketing Automation and Lead Management, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Own and drive excellence in lead management as the global process owner, empowering regional teams with effective strategies and tools, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure performance across the sales funnel, create insightful dashboards and reports in HubSpot and Tableau, and champion the adoption of HubSpot globally.


Who you are

  • Hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experienced in lead management, inbound strategies, and marketing automation techniques with strong strategical and operative skills.
  • Enthusiastic about contributing to an international digital business environment, with a keen sense of adaptability and cultural awareness.
  • Passionate about technical processes and marketing automation interfaces, capable of navigating complex digital tools and platforms.
  • Possess a hands-on mentality, strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a reliable and goal-oriented approach.
