Image Line, based in Ghent, Belgium, is the company behind FL Studio, the leading Digital Audio Workstation (DAW). FL Studio was one of the first tools to make electronic music from your home computer, and today is used by the biggest producers in dance (Martin Garrix, Avicii, Afrojack) and hip-hop (Murda Beatz, 30Roc, Boi-1da – producer of Eminem, Blake, Rihanna, and Hit-Boy - Kanye West, Beyoncé, 50 cent). Thanks to its easy-to-use interface and strong community support, today FL Studio is the most used DAW worldwide, with approximately 10m downloads per year.


Job Summary

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to plan and develop our B2C systems and back office tools, with responsibility for the improvement of customer and purchase experience.

Responsibilities

Working closely with Engineering and Business stakeholders, you’ll be expected to:

  • Develop roadmaps for our key infrastructure components, including ecommerce, back office, and websites
  • Evaluate business requirements, plan out build vs buy decisions, and help future proof the operation
  • Ensure products meet market needs and exceed customer expectations
  • Manage the product backlog and coordinate sprint activities
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering teams throughout the development process
  • Manage internal and external communications for upcoming releases


Profile

We’re looking for customer-focussed team players. Tenacious and resilient, detail-oriented but pragmatic, you demonstrate a strong concern for quality and a high level of ownership.

Some of the skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Product Management background, with significant and demonstrable experience in ecommerce, customer relationship management (CRM), content management systems (CMS), and web and back office tooling
  • Commercially driven with prior experience in a Digital Product Management role
  • Experience in agile software development
  • Confident and engaging collaborator
