About the role:

Cronos Labs is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Product Operations Associate to join our growing team. In this multifaceted role, you'll be a vital part of ensuring the smooth operation and success of our products, while also playing a key role in engaging and nurturing our community in the web3 space. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in both product operations and community management, with the ability to seamlessly switch between these focus areas as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers throughout the development lifecycle to ensure operational feasibility, maintainability, and a seamless user experience.
• Act as a central point of contact to coordinate with various teams (Engineering, Marketing, Community Management) and external partners to achieve product goals.
• Proactively stay up-to-date on industry trends and community management best practices, specifically within the blockchain and DeFi sectors, to continuously improve engagement strategies.
• Monitor and engage with community posts, questions, and discussions across multiple social media platforms.
• Actively participate in and identify opportunities to amplify our social presence and drive community engagement.
• Develop and execute strategies for responding to community feedback and inquiries, ensuring a positive and informative user experience.
• Track and report on social engagement metrics, providing insights to inform future strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a product-related role (operations, product management, product support) and/or community management.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, community dynamics, and trends in the blockchain/DeFi space.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira) and comfortable working with technical documentation.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner.
• Ability to work independently and proactively engage with the community while coordinating effectively with internal teams.
• Experience in the blockchain/DeFi industry.
• Fluency in English is essential, while proficiency in Chinese Mandarin is a significant plus.
