As a Recruiting Specialist, your mission plays a crucial role in the expansion of high-performing recruiting divisions across various countries. You will be the frontline in assessing and interviewing talent, and determining who would be the right fit to work with the clients we are servicing. Through informed intuition and innovative recruitment strategies, we aim to create mutually beneficial opportunities for our clients and outsourced professionals, fostering a culture of growth and empowerment within the global workforce.

Efficient Interview Processe

  • s:Follow and innovate interview processes, guaranteeing a seamless and effective experience for both candidates and interviewers. Must be highly skilled at identifying talent and culture fit

s.Elevated Candidate Experienc

  • e:Champion a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment life cyc

leExpert Interviewing Technique

  • s:Follow interview methodologies, including well-crafted custom questions and scripts, to evaluate candidates thoroughl

y.Recruiting Process Developmen

  • t:Offering support in building the most valuable, effective, and streamlined recruiting process to find high-level outsourced professional

s.Client Managemen

  • t:Taking care of clients throughout the recruiting process. From initial Kick-Off calls this will involve weekly check-in calls, handling concerns, and monitoring success within the first 90-days of onboarding a new candidat

e.Optimizing Sourcing Strategie

  • s:Must be highly effective in LinkedIn search and outreach methods as well as Job Postings to attract high-quality candidat

esProject Managemen

  • t:Must be able to clarify details, set priorities, set deadlines, and move forward on projects effectivel

y.ATS Implementation and Managemen

  • t:Must be able to utilise the most effective ATS trackers for our teams to ensure effective pairings between client and candidate, and ensure there are accurate and up-to-date notes on candidate profil
