Responsibilities
Working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize scalable solutions that focus on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Utilizing a data-driven approach to inform decision-making, identify areas of opportunity and measure the impact of initiatives.
Understanding the business context and problems holistically, zooming into specific problems to solve them considering the whole picture.
Leading projects and initiatives, providing guidance and mentorship to team members around you and fostering a culture of innovation via operational excellence.
Building new products and features from conception to launch, starting from an MVP and thinking in increments instead of striving for perfection from day one.
Ensuring the adoption of best practices in software development, security and technology infrastructure. Keeping a high quality bar and never compromising.
Requirements
You have at least 5+ years of experience in full-stack development on a large scale, with experience in technologies like Javascript, React, NextJS, Vercel and headless CMS, with a focus on delivering for security, scalability, availability, and performance.
Typescript expertise
You have worked extensively on the backend with Node.js
You have worked in the AWS environment, untilising multiple AWS services
You have a growth mindset.
You have exceptional problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills.
You are biased towards action.
You have excellent analytical skills and a good relationship with data.
You let data inform and confirm your decisions.
You enjoy working cross-functionally and wearing multiple hats as necessary.
You have a passion for learning and you are willing to tackle new challenges.
Previous experience with working on a Growth Engineering team is a plus.

Offer Details
Long-term contractor postion (no medical / paid leave)
Remote only, Full-time dedication (40 hours/week)
Required 8 hours overlap with EST (Eastern Standard Time)
