What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a critical role in ensuring exceptional accounting quality and helping the team excel:
- Review accounting work on all files for accuracy and quality
- Track error trends, maintain scorecards, and turn findings into clear, actionable plans
- Identify where the team needs to improve and build training to close those gaps
- Coach accountants and managers, and support their technical growth over time
- Build and maintain SOPs and training materials so standards are documented, clear, and consistently applied
- Partner with the People team to surface performance trends and opportunities
- Help raise the overall technical bar as we grow and service larger, more complex eCom clients

What You Bring
⭐ 5+ years in accounting, with strong technical depth (audit, controllership, or review experience)
⭐ A sharp eye for reviewing work and catching what others miss
⭐ The personality to coach and train people rather than just flag errors
⭐ Clear communicator who can give feedback that lands well with accountants, managers, and leadership
⭐ Self-starter mentality, proactive in raising standards
Bonus if you have:
✨ Experience in an accounting firm or multi-client environment
✨ Familiarity with eCommerce accounting workflows (month-end processes, deadlines, reconciliations)
✨ Affinity with AI, and you're actively using it in your workflows
