Job Description
We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Project Manager with extensive experience in leading Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Analytics/Data Warehouse projects to work 100% remotely. The ideal candidate will possess advanced English proficiency, exceptional leadership abilities, and outstanding communication skills.
Responsibilities:
BIG 6 type of professional ability to present project to board of directors outlining status risks and what is being done to get around challenges (refers to a high level of professional competence)
Lead and manage Master Data Management (MDM) projects, with a specific focus on implementing and optimizing STIBO solutions to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across the organization.
Drive the successful execution of Data Analytics/Data warehouseprojects, leveraging analytical tools and methodologies to deliver actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Determine and define project scope and objectives.
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
Monitor progress and adjust as needed.
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
5-8 years of project management and related experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
Experience managing Master Data Management (MDM) projects with STIBO is a must
Experience working with Data Analytics/Data warehouse projects is a must
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
Excellent analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
Expert with Microsoft Excel and various business intelligence and analytical tools.
Strong analytical skills
Keen attention to detail.
Willingness to make decisions and solve problems.
Communication skills with the ability to distill complex subjects to a wider audience.
Advanced written and spoken English (B2 or C1/C2).
