Responsibilities include designing end-to-end product experiments, unifying core business metrics, and identifying high-leverage growth opportunities through data. Requirements include 4+ years of product analytics experience, a technical degree, and proficiency in SQL, Python, and mathematical statistics.

Key Responsibilities
Design and run product experiments end to end, including hypothesis formation, sample size definition, and statistical significance evaluation
Unify metrics across product areas to create a coherent picture of acquisition, retention, reactivation, and churn
Act as an independent analytical check to ground product decisions in data rather than intuition
Identify and validate high-leverage growth opportunities to improve key metrics
Track performance against goals and estimates, flagging deviations early
Investigate anomalies and metric deviations to find root causes and resolve product issues
Calibrate initiatives against corporate goals using a numbers-based point of view
Improve internal analytical processes
