Key Responsibilities
Lead technical discovery across training, post-training, and inference workloads to understand GPU requirements, cluster topology, networking, storage, utilization, and performance objectives
Design customer-specific architectures on Prime Intellect’s infrastructure, ensuring production readiness and alignment with engineering migration and deployment requirements
Own workload benchmarks and proofs of concept, translating technical metrics (latency, throughput, utilization, cost) into defensible business cases for ML engineers and executives
Develop repeatable benchmark and reference-architecture playbooks to scale technical validation and adoption across customer engagements
Collaborate with engineering to refine Model Factory and other platform components based on real-world customer workload insights

Forward-deployed engineering or solutions architecture background in AI/ML
