Key Responsibilities
Design and enhance enterprise-grade data center connectivity products and solutions aligned with customer requirements and architecture roadmaps.
Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and standardized network architectures.
Design, develop, and validate new products through Proof of Concept (PoC) and pilot implementations.
Collaborate with Solution Architects, Domain Architects, security teams, and infrastructure product teams.
Align connectivity solutions with compute, storage, databases, LAN, and SD-WAN requirements.
Contribute to product roadmaps by evaluating customer demand, technology lifecycle, and market innovations.
Ensure deployment quality, operational readiness, and alignment with ITIL practices.
Lead root cause analysis for recurring or high-impact incidents and drive continuous improvement.
Leverage APIs, cURL, Git, and automation technologies to improve network provisioning and deployment efficiency.
Explore opportunities to apply AI and automation to network operations and infrastructure optimization.
