Manage the Shopify storefront, including product launches, app integrations, and landing page optimisation
Lead strategy and execution of Meta and Google Ads campaigns while ensuring compliance with healthcare advertising rules
Design and automate advanced email and SMS flows using Shopify-integrated tools
Produce high-converting, compliant English copy for ads, product descriptions, and email campaigns
Use GA4 and Shopify Analytics to provide weekly performance reports and identify customer journey bottlenecks
Manage external freelancers to ensure brand consistency and high-quality creative output
