Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain wireless and wired network infrastructure (LAN, SD-WAN, Firewalls)
Provide Level IV technical support and mentorship for Wi-Fi and network operations
Research and evaluate emerging network technologies for enterprise IT communications
Develop and maintain scripts for network automation and administrative tasks
Lead hardware/firmware/software evaluation and testing for network systems
Perform root cause analysis, document network performance, and implement tuning
Coordinate repair/restoration efforts with service providers and monitor network performance
Collaborate with security and cloud infrastructure teams for enterprise IT communications
