Key Responsibilities
Partner with the CFO and executive team to translate business strategy into a prioritized people plan covering headcount, capability, and cost.
Lead workforce planning and guide the business through reorganizations, new market entries, and restructures.
Own global payroll and benefits administration for the UK, US, and Germany.
Manage the HR technology stack including HRIS, ATS, and performance tools.
Build and run a market-competitive reward framework including salary bands and equity administration.
Oversee facilities management, health and safety, and insurance for offices and labs across three countries.
Own the end-to-end recruitment process and build a strong employer brand to attract technical and commercial talent.
Design and implement performance management, goal-setting frameworks, and learning and development paths.
Manage immigration and visa sponsorship obligations including UK Sponsor Licence and EU Blue Cards.
