Architect, develop, and maintain backend services and core platform infrastructure supporting AI agents and enterprise customers.
Build and enhance identity and access management systems, including authentication, authorization, role-based access control, tenant isolation, and user lifecycle workflows.
Develop secure integrations that enable AI agents to interact with enterprise productivity and communications tools.
Design and implement connectors for enterprise applications and business systems such as NetSuite, SharePoint, Google Drive, SAP, and Oracle.
Create APIs, internal frameworks, and reusable services that standardize secure communication between AI agents and third-party applications.
Build automation for customer provisioning, onboarding, environment configuration, deployment workflows, and ongoing platform administration.
Manage services across the full software lifecycle, including architecture, development, testing, release management, monitoring, incident resolution, and maintenance.
Strengthen system reliability, scalability, fault tolerance, and performance as platform usage and enterprise adoption grow.
Collaborate with AI engineering, security, product, and infrastructure teams to define technical interfaces and establish architectural patterns.
Automate infrastructure operations, including environment provisioning, configuration management, deployment pipelines, and repetitive engineering workflows.
Implement security controls that enforce tenant boundaries, protect sensitive data, maintain auditable activity records, and govern actions performed by AI agents.
Assess new technologies and architectural approaches to address evolving enterprise requirements and emerging platform use cases.
Drive engineering initiatives from technical discovery and solution design through implementation, launch, and continued production support.
Establish and improve engineering standards for observability, infrastructure management, operational reliability, and developer productivity.
