Ensure cloud security, resilience, cost efficiency, and provide recommendations for high-impact designs.
Key Responsibilities
Define AWS target architecture and standards for all new workloads, covering landing zones, security, resilience and cost.
Build reference implementations and guardrails that support compliant cloud adoption across our global engineering organization.
Own AWS target architecture, including account structure, landing zones, identity and environment boundaries.
Define workload patterns and automated guardrails through infrastructure-as-code policy checks.
Own cloud security, resilience and recovery architecture, including multi-AZ and multi-region design.
Assess high-impact designs through cloud design intake, estimate operating costs and provide timely recommendations.
Design for cost efficiency from day one and set tagging and cost allocation standards with FinOps.
Prototype reference implementations and golden paths in code.
Collaborate with architects, engineering teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust, scalable solutions.
