Key Responsibilities
Develop a working knowledge of L-H Battery systems products to support customers.
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling support requests and system-related questions.
Create and manage tickets in the ticketing system according to service level agreements (SLA).
Troubleshoot complex issues within Microsoft Operating Systems and L-H Battery products.
Detect issues, generate reports, and inform team members to ensure corrective actions are taken.
