Requires significant professional experience in Python, compiled languages, and production backend systems.

Key Responsibilities
Build tooling and platforms for robot deployments, including applications, APIs, and SDKs for customers.
Lead projects end-to-end from scoping and technical design through implementation and rollout.
Shape technical direction and architecture decisions via design and code reviews.
Partner with research, robotics, and deployment teams to translate needs into reliable platforms.
Improve engineering practices regarding testing, code quality, documentation, and system reliability.
Define and implement AI-assisted development practices and tooling across the company.
