Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-team engineering efforts for major re-architectures, platform capabilities, and cross-cutting reliability/security programs
Design and implement large-scale architectures (e.g., platform components, shared libraries, system migrations) across multiple stacks
Drive improvements in core engineering practices (testing, observability, CI/CD, coding standards, security) across distributed teams
Identify and resolve systemic technical risks, fragmentation, and performance gaps while coaching Staff/Senior engineers
Represent engineering in high-level technical discussions on roadmap priorities, architectural tradeoffs, and organizational investments
Lead multi-team initiatives from concept to production, aligning engineering groups on shared goals and compatible designs
