Team Leader IT Delivery & Support in POLAND

We are looking for a Team Leader IT Delivery & Support (m/f/d) for our Passive Safety Division. On this position you will be responsible for delivery of IT services to Czestochowa users with a focus on systems security, prioritizing and resolving key issues that are impacting IT services or infrastructure availability for end users working on-site or remotely. It is a leadership role – several direct reports.

Your tasks

:• Delivery of IT services for on-site and remote users from different reporting unit

s• Lead, coach and develop supervised employee

s• Identify, prioritize and drive resolution of key issues that impact service availability or performanc

e• Responsible for planning, maintaining and control of local budge

t• Partner with global support functions to roll out on-site new solution

s• Identify, develop and implement strategies to improve performance of routine task

s• Interaction with global IT teams responsible for technical service

s• Delegate tasks and supervise realization by external contractor

s• Coordinate local IT infrastructure project

s• Responsible for security assurance on back end and client device

s• Support production sites in Production IT Security assuranc
