As a Senior Software Engineer, you will
Join a world-class team of Quantum experts with an extensive track record in both academia and industry.
Work with Fortune-500 customers from government and private sectors.
Collaborate with the founding team in a fast paced startup environment.
Tackle high value open problems from industry.
Take on technical leadership and work together with software and DevOps engineers as well as our machine learning and quantum experts to industrialize Multiverse’s core technologies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science, a related technical field or relevant industry experience
Expert knowledge of Python and preferably other languages such as Julia and C/C++
8+ years of experience in software engineering with focus on machine learning, data science or operations research applications
Experience in designing and developing distributed data intensive systems on the cloud, e.g AWS
Familiar with different authentication protocols
Experience in coaching and knowledge sharing to familiarize teams with software engineering best practices.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work with experts from different professional backgrounds, both in-person and through online resources
Experience with UI/UX design and development. E.g., using Illustrator, Figma, Sketch, etc. to create wireframes and prototypes; capable of converting designs to HTML+CSS code
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with the quantum/quantum-inspired landscape
Experience in leading teams
Experience with Frontend development
Experience with algorithm development and optimization, designing scalable and robust class structures
Familiarity with accelerators (GPU, FPGA, TPU, Analog Co-processors, etc.)
