Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategic vision and conceptual design outcomes which provide a clear direction for our customer experiences across the AI landscape.
Design human and AI agent interactions, including how the system communicates uncertainty, automation, control, intervention, and recovery.
Define the experience model: conceptual model, information architecture, core workflows, interaction patterns, and guiding principles, and build the reusable agentic patterns and design-system foundations that let it scale.
Conduct discovery directly with clients to inform experience decisions, and validate concepts through rapid prototyping and usability testing.
Establish a scalable experience architecture across a complex, evolving platform, along with reusable agentic patterns and foundational design-system components.
Partner with leadership, stakeholders, cross-functional team members to shape the product, navigating tradeoffs across user needs, AI/ML capabilities, technical feasibility, and regulatory requirements.
