Scout24 SE seeks a Payroll Specialist to manage monthly payroll and employee data for its German entities. The role involves acting as a contact for payroll tax and social insurance questions, absence management, and reporting. Ideal candidates have payroll experience, knowledge of German payroll law, and strong MS Office skills.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly payroll for German entities
Record, maintain, and control employee master data
Serve as point of contact for managers and employees on compensation, payroll tax, and social insurance questions
Handle correspondence with health insurance funds, insurance companies, and public authorities
Manage and monitor employee absences
Perform account and health insurance fund reconciliation
Generate reports and evaluations
